The HR Team Announces Managing Problem Performance Training

Mark your calendars for January 29th from 8:30am – 2:00pm as The HR Team will deliver a public training session of our Managing Poor Performance Seminar.

In this class, our trainer will cover realistic best-practices for handling problem employee performance.  At the completion of the course, participants should be able to:

    · Define management’s role in handling poor performance;

    · Identify the warning signs of poor performance;

    · Describe the business impact of poor performance;

    · Properly handle poor performance to minimize risk to their business;

    · Properly deliver constructive feedback;

    · Properly handle non-performance related problems (conduct violations);

    · Create proper documentation for performance and non-performance problem cases;

    · Define constructive discharge and understand associated risks; and

    · Properly prepare for an employee termination.


This class is ideal for managers who are new to managing people or those who have managed staff for a while, but are looking for tips on how they can improve their effectiveness.
